Who's the War Criminal?

iran.jpgIranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who recently said. "Israel must be wiped off the map. The Islamic world will not let its historic enemy live in its heartland," is also suspected of being one of the terrorists who took US hostages at the US embassy in Tehran in 1979. Now the Iranian President is saying of Pres. George W. Bush: "You, who have used nuclear weapons against innocent people," (terrorists are innocent people?) "who have used uranium ordnance in Iraq, should be tried as war criminals in courts."

Those who have accused Pres. Bush of being a war criminal or killing innocent Iraqis include:

-Iranian Pres. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
-Saddam Hussein
-Abu Musab al-Zarqawi
-Osama Bin Laden
-Cindy Sheehan
-Al Sharpton
-Michael Moore
-(take your pick) Democrats

If that weren’t enough, now the former US attorney General Ramsey Clark is JOINING the DEFENSE team of SADDAM HUSSEIN. (you read that right) Clark visited Saddam in Baghdad in February 2003 just before the US led liberation of Iraq (arguably in a last ditch effort to save the dictator’s behind), and Clark also helped defend former Yugolsav leader Slobodan Milosevic as well as David Koresh and a Rwandan war lord. Clark, who also called for the impeachment of Pres. Bush earlier this year, is a first rate peacenik and a staunch opponent to any military engagement the US participates in, while actively defending enemies of America.

Meanwhile, Iraqis are demanding that Saddam be executed as the trial against Saddam and his homies resumes on Monday.

Clearly the anti-American, anti-war movement of the world includes strange bed-fellows: liberals, Democratic politicians, terrorists and dictators. In contrast, those supporting the war on terror in Iraq are Iraqis, the US military and patriotic Americans who know their own history; that freedom is worth fighting for and worth spreading.

The common denominator in the spread of terrorism and defense of terrorists is anti-Americanism and pacifism. The common denominator in ridding the world of terrorism is success in Iraq. Even Barbie could do the math.

One place I like to go to get a little, optimism, is a blog authored by Amy Proctor. A few days ago when I was stuffed to the gills with turkey, pie, and, ok, a bit-O-the-grape, Amy's posting on war criminals tickled my funny bone. This teeny bit fro...

This may be a little off topic but, the totally amazing thing to me is, that the radical Muslims want us dead MOST of all because of our debauchery and sin.

Well, I am NOT saying I am without sin, but, Republicans as a whole are the more moral party, while the Dimocrats believe in killing babies, gambling, legalizing drugs, etc.

My belief is the terrorists want the Dims, (as a whole), dead MORE than Republicans, yet these are the id-juts that want them (terrorists) to have their civil liberty's.

Talk about GOD confounding these idiots, this ALONE should prove there is a GOD!

To the 1 or 2 cretins who have made it their prime reason for being:

RAM, I understand what you mean. Terrorists "like" the Democrats because they enable their cause even though they're standing FOR the slime the Democratic party is for; abortion, promiscuity, etc. But you are right when you say you believe the terrorists want the Dems dead MORE than Repiblicans. I saw on Neil Cavuto interviewing an Arab woman (I'm going to find the transcript if it kills me) who said that Dems are both beloved and hated by Arabs. The English Al-Jazeera reports every word of Dick Durbin (for example), as does the Arabic version, but in the all Arabic chat rooms, Muslims are mocking America because of the Dems. She said they call us a bunch of wusses who'll fight to let terrorists kills us. She has a website.... I'll find it. It's good stuff.

I fear we're going to hear more from that Ahmadinejad in the future. Paraphrasing Tom Clancy he's a "present and clear danger to the world".

Just a small point: Iraqis are not asking for Saddam execution, shia Iraqis followers of al-Sadr want Saddam executed. This al-Sadr's another bloodthirsty guy that has his own army of fanatics. I wouldn't use him as example of "Iraqi people asking for justice".

Jose, good points, well taken.

On the days of Saddam's trial, there are always women and men outside holding photos of their loved ones who have been killed or are missing because of Saddam's reign. They do indeed call for his head when they're protesting. I should cite those folks instead.

Jose,

At one point shortly after the liberation of Iraq there was an arrest warrant out for Al Sadr for killing a fellow cleric. I don't know how that got quashed, but I think Al Sadr is every bit as bad as Saddam and I recall a few stories published saying that Al Sadr and his militia are funded by Iran.
