Navy Seal Awarded Medal of Honor

President Bush awarded the nation’s highest military tribute to Petty Officer Michael A. Monsoor, a Navy SEAL who was killed when he threw himself on a grenade in Iraq to save his comrades. Below is Pres. Bush’s emotional description of Monsoor’s actions and the ceremony. (6:58)
