SUPPORT IRAQI FREEDOM
Friday, January 5, 2007 at 09:15PM "Let me be clear on what the U.S. objectives are: The United States wants Iraq to rejoin the family of nations as a freedom-loving and law-abiding member. This is in our interest and that of our allies within the region.
The United States favors an Iraq that offers its people freedom at home. I categorically reject arguments that this is unattainable due to Iraq’s history or its ethnic or sectarian make-up. Iraqis deserve and desire freedom like everyone else. The United States looks forward to a democratically supported regime that would permit us to enter into a dialogue leading to the reintegration of Iraq into normal international life. "
This blogroll is intended to serve as a sign of solidarity with the Iraqi people who have struggled for decades under a brutal dictatorship and have faced unimaginable odds to vote for a new government and Constitution, as well as for a better way of life. It is also to show support for the heroes in Iraq called the United States military who risk their lives and sacrifice personal comfort and normalcy to better the lives of others, both foreign and domestic.
It is the intent of this effort to show solidarity with Christians in Iraq who have been disproportionately abused both during Saddam Hussein's reign and after.
If you support the war effort in Iraq, the soldiers, the mission and freedom for Iraqis, you can be a part of this blogroll. If a member of the blogroll indicates beliefs contrary to the purpose of this effort, such as using vile characterizations to describe Iraqis, soldiers or the Commander in Chief, that member will be deleted.
A special thanks to the European bloggers who've joined. HOOAH!

Hi, Amy, I have posted the code to my blog. Could you please add it to your blogroll?
http://bornagainredneck.blogspot.com/
I've dropped the title "Born Again Redneck" and now call my blog. "Patrick Joubert Conlon" but I have not changed the url.
Amy, thanks for doing this and please sign us up. And would be especially great to see more soldier bloggers on the blogroll.

My format won't let combine the two, picture and link unless you can send some tips for blogger formats.
We have proudly placed your "I support Iraqi Freedom" on our website. It is on the right sidebar under "Military News"

goat, the problem is with the parenthesis in the code. My blog keeps automatically turning them out, screwing up the code. I'll try to fix it today.
Hi Amy,
Can you update my URL please, I now own a new site, and can be linked at http://Gawfer.net
